About me

"Hi, I’m Kristi—a wife, mom, registered nurse, and recovering food addict. After nearly 20 years as an RN, I’ve seen health from every angle, yet I spent years wrestling with shame and guilt because I couldn’t get my own struggles with food under control. I tried everything—every diet, fad, gimmick, and even the more sensible ‘lifestyle changes.’ Some worked for a fleeting moment, but the weight always crept back, often bringing extra pounds along with it. I felt trapped, defeated, and stuck in a cycle I thought I’d never escape.

That all changed when I faced the real issue: I’m a food addict. For me, that truth was the key to unlocking a path to recovery. Food addiction looks different for everyone, but through my journey, I’ve discovered the tools and mindset shifts that helped me reclaim my health and uncover a vibrant, alive version of myself I didn’t even know existed. Now, I’m on fire with a passion to help others break free too. Recovery isn’t just possible—it’s within reach—and I’d be honored to guide you toward the balance, peace, and freedom I’ve found. You don’t have to stay stuck. Let’s find your way forward together."

Never Finished Always Growing...

I’ve never fully believed in the idea of “before and after.” The “before” is easy to identify—it’s where we started. But the “after” suggests there’s a final destination, a pinnacle of success, and that’s where I take issue. I believe we’re always evolving, always working on ourselves. What we focus on may shift over time, and the shape of that work may change, but growth is a continuous journey—not a finish line.
